You are eligible for a product credit of equal value, exchange of the same value, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).*
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Younique products, you may be eligible to return them within 14 days of product delivery for product credit (shop credit), a product replacement, or a full refund minus shipping costs. Please note that products must be at least 50 percent full to qualify for a return or exchange.
* Monetary refunds based on the total amount originally paid for the product, including any price reductions resulting from the use of discounts or product credit.
Within 15 to 30 days
You are eligible for an equivalent product credit, product exchange, or 80% refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).*
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Younique products, you may be able to return them within 15 to 30 days of product delivery for Younique product credit (shop credit), a replacement product, or 80 percent of a full refund minus shipping and handling fees. Please note: products must be at least 50 percent full to qualify for return or exchange.

Within 31 to 90 days
You are eligible for an equivalent product credit or product exchange (minus shipping costs).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Younique products, you may be able to return them within 31 to 90 days after delivery for Younique product credit (Y-CASH™ credit) or a replacement product. Please note: products must be at least 50 percent full to qualify for return or exchange.

Personal incompatibility
If you experience personal incompatibility with Younique products (such as an allergy to an ingredient), please contact your doctor immediately. To return a product based on your personal incompatibility, a representative will contact you to discuss options, including product credit, an applicable refund, or a replacement product of a similar or lower value shipped at no extra cost. For quality control purposes, it would be helpful for us if you could describe the nature of the personal incompatibility in the return request.
Returning or exchanging collections, sets, subscriptions, or monthly special products
Eligible items within a collection, set, bundle, or monthly special can only be exchanged for different items, products, or shades that were originally offered in the same collection, set, or monthly special bundle. A full monthly special can be returned according to our Love It Guarantee period. Individual products from a monthly special can be returned for product credit or a pro-rata refund. A full collection, set, or bundle can be returned according to our Love It Guarantee timeframe. Individual products from a collection, set, or bundle can be returned for product credit or a pro-rata refund. Returns and exchanges for items purchased through our subscription program are handled differently, as consent is given at the time of subscription enrollment. Items ordered as part of a subscription may qualify for a one-time return or exchange, but further returns or exchanges for future subscription orders of the same products are not allowed; instead, subscription orders may be edited before shipping to make changes to the selections.
