A Younique Brand Ambassador is an independent distributor of Younique’s products who makes a commission on the sales of Younique products. They not only have the opportunity to earn from their own sales but can also build teams and sponsor new Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates. All Brand Ambassadors agree to an Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement, a legally binding document governing their relationship with Younique. 

A Younique Brand Affiliate is a member of the Younique Family who focuses specifically on sales and can earn up to 40% in Tiered Retail Pay every month. They have the flexibility to be an affiliate for other companies and products, allowing for multiple income streams. Unlike Brand Ambassadors, Brand Affiliates do not have the ability to sponsor or build teams of their own Brand Ambassadors or Brand Affiliates within the Younique business structure.

Please note that if you switch your account from a Brand Ambassador to a Brand Affiliate, you will lose your downline that was previously set up under your Brand Ambassador account.

To become a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, you need to enroll online and purchase the YOUNIQUE beauty box. 

To remain an active Brand Affiliate, you must  achieve a Personal Retail Sales (PRS) of at least 125 during a rolling three month period. A rolling period indicates that at the beginning of each new month, the earliest month in your rolling period would drop off. At the first of August, for example, the three month rolling period would consist of June, July, and August—while May’s sales would drop off.

If your account is converted to a customer account due to inactivity, you can reinstate it within three months by purchasing a new YOUNIQUE beauty box under your original Sponsor. This allows you to retain your existing title, sales history, and customer subscriptions. Brand Ambassadors will also keep their downline. If you do not reinstate your account within three months, you can still renew it by purchasing a new YOUNIQUE beauty box under any Sponsor, but you will not regain your previous business data.

Yes. As an Affiliate, you can maintain partnerships with other brands while selling Younique products. However, please note that Brand Ambassadors cannot sell for competing direct sales brands. 

You can earn commissions through your personal retail sales (PRS) as both a Younique Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliate. As a Brand Ambassador, you can earn additional commissions on the sales of your downline. Commissions are typically paid out within three hours of an online sale through Instant Pay. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn Month-End Pay by reaching title requirements outlined in the Younique Pay Plan and Income Disclosure. Month-End Pay is paid on the 8th of the following month.
